As The Plastic Surgery Group of Memphis (PSG) celebrates 50 years of being a leader and trusted voice in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery, we are also celebrating the expansion of our practice’s new skin care-centric side. The new PS Skincare and Laser Center is a full-service medical spa directed by the five board-certified plastic surgeons of PSG. Since the doors opening in 2020, our dedicated team of highly trained registered nurse injectors and licensed medical aestheticians have been working on establishing the new part of the practice as Memphis’s aesthetic hub with their expertise and exceptional treatment results.
In addition to Dr. Campbell and Dr. Hammond providing patients with Botox and injectable services and our two Physician Assistants, Allyn Farmer, PA, and Heather Draper, PA, who oversee the laser and radiofrequency technology, the PS Skincare and Laser Center team has three, highly trained and expert providers leading the future of PSG’s expansion into injectables and skincare. Sandy Santi, RN
Sandy Santi is a licensed RN, BSN with 30+ years of experience assisting in routine and specialized cosmetic surgical procedures and applying complementary procedures such as fillers, injectables and skincare.
Patients who have worked with Sandy know her as a highly skilled and genuinely caring individual. She deeply understands how plastic surgery’s components — including surgical transformation, specialized skincare, injectable fillers and muscle relaxants such as Botox — can be used harmoniously to achieve cost-effective solutions to common cosmetic concerns. Above all else, Sandy recognizes there is no “one size fits all” solution in aesthetic medicine.
Sandy is a Tennessee native and has resided in Memphis since graduating from the University of Tennessee in 1986. She is married and has two grown sons and a rambunctious Boykin Spaniel. She enjoys yoga, travel, fly fishing, and crafting unique jewelry for friends and family.
Abby Hall, RN, CRNA
Abby Hall, RN, BSN, MSN, CRNA, has been a member of the medical profession for over 22 years. She is an energetic, highly skilled, yet compassionate provider who understands the importance of “the whole picture.” As a perfectionist who desires to make patients look and feel their very best, she is a perfect addition to our aesthetic team.
Abby is a central Illinois native from a small farming community where the rest of her family continues to carry on the farming tradition. She is married with two small children and has a very active Mini Bernedoodle! She enjoys travel, life outdoors, OU sports, time spent at the lake and returning to her farm girl roots in Illinois whenever she can!
Lulu Martin, Licensed Medical Aesthetician
Lulu Martin, LMA, came to PSG as a licensed aesthetician with over five years of experience specializing in facial treatments, chemical peels and overall skin rejuvenation tailored to fit individual client’s needs. She strives to provide her clients with an experience that makes them look and feel their best. Her knowledge, experience, education and attention to detail allow for an outstanding experience every time!
Her passion for helping others achieve their goals and her love for building personal relationships also motivated her to seek a career in aesthetics. Lulu feels her career as an aesthetician allows her to impact someone’s life by spending time with them and allowing them to unwind and decompress.
Lulu is a Memphis native who loves providing her community with relaxing services that leave them glowing, refreshed, and rejuvenated!
Allyn Farmer, PA-C
Allyn Farmer, PA-C, is a Physician Assistant who has been with PSG for ten years. Farmer grew up in Santiago, Chile, as a child of missionary parents. She earned an International Baccalaureate Diploma prior to returning to the United States to continue her education. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Samford University in 2009, was accepted into the Surgical PA program of the University of Alabama at Birmingham and completed her training in 2011, earning her master’s degree.
At PSG, Allyn assists in surgery and helps with pre and postoperative care. She performs minor procedures in our office under local anesthetic and performs our nipple/areolar tattoos for women undergoing breast reconstruction. She enjoys working on our skincare side, helping run our Sciton laser and InMode Radiofrequency technologies for age spots, fine lines, and wrinkles.
Heather Draper, PA-C
Heather Draper, PA-C, joined PSG in 2021. Draper began her career as a Registered Dietitian and then went on to become a Physician Assistant. Draper has worked in cardiovascular surgery before transitioning to plastic surgery. She has previously worked in plastic surgery at Regional One. That is where her passion for plastic surgery grew, and she loves collaborating with physicians, nurses, and healthcare teams to provide the highest quality of care to patients with PSG.
At PSG, Heather assists in surgery and helps with the preoperative and post-operative care of the patients. She also performs minor office procedures and enjoys
