 Robin Floyd Blankenship, RN, a native Memphian, has over 20 years experience as a healthcare provider. The last ten years of her career have been devoted full time to plastic surgery, where she has worked for Dr. Allen Hughes in providing care and education to cosmetic patients regarding their surgery, Restylane, Perlane, Juvederm, Collagen, Botox, vein injections, chemical peels, and skin care. Dr. Hughes is well-renowned as one of the foremost plastic surgeons in the MidSouth.
Robin graduated from Methodist Hospital School of Nursing in 1990 after attending Briarcrest Baptist High School.

Lynn Day, RN
 Lynn Day has been a registered nurse since 1977 and has practiced in the field of plastic surgical nursing since 1992. Along with her surgical experience, she has pursued progressive personal development in the field of aesthetics. Lynn is proud to be a part of the Plastic Surgery Group of Memphis. In her position as Aesthetics Nurse Specialist, her services are provided under physician supervision and are designed to assist you in developing and implementing a treatment plan to maximize results in meeting your personal aesthetic goals.

Carla Mask, RN
 Carla Mask has been a registered nurse since 1984. During that time she has focused her career in the surgical field. Carla has worked for The Plastic Surgery Group of Memphis for the past eleven years working exclusively with Dr. Neumon Goshorn. Over the past twenty years she has gained knowledge and expertise that she is now able to devote to the laser center. Carla is qualified to provide aesthetic laser treatments including the treatment of brown spots, red vessels, and unwanted hair.
